The Democratic Party needs a fresh start and new ideas. Howard Dean is a likeable figure with a following and new approaches to America's problems. He would make a great leader for the DNC.
It's time for a the Democratic wing to be in the leadership. Our core values are what makes this party great, the party of FDR, and LBJ that won landslides because of the strong message we sent that America can be a great place!
Howard Dean knows what issues are important and what is necessary to deal with them. He has galvanized me and made me believe that change was possible and that I was as important as a citizen. I am grateful with all my heart for his hard work and for his integrity and values.
If Dr. Dean is still planning on running for election he will not be able to accept the position of Chair. Might be a good idea to let him know first what he means to us. Give him a chance to think about it. He would be an incredible breath of fresh air in what has become a very backroom party.
YES! YES! YES! We could have won with Gov. Dean. He was the only honest, thoughful, AND REAL candidate, and would be an excellent choice to take over the party. He gave the Dems hope when we had none. The those in power in the party shoved our one chance at beating bush out of the race. PLEASE! Give our nation a new chance at life. Howard Dean is the best chance we have to live through the next four years of bushell.
Howard Dean is the only Democrat not in office who retains huge support from Democrats - who are willing to go to work for our party non-stop until we take back the U.S. House.
I think that Howard Dean is aware of the need to frame progressive messages and programs based on what progressive people deem to be important - that is their values that represent those of people on the left and in the middle. To win we need to do this with sincerity and dedication. Howard has the honesty and energy needed for this. Bill Dewey

Howard - you're the man for the job as Head of the DNC. We're at a point in our nation's history when a strong Democratic Party is absolutely critical - you're the only one I have any faith in that can take a hold of this party and shake it up to turn it into the robust entity it can be.

Howard Dean can focus the party on its central principles, and build a base and message that can win again. We need a strong, brave leader who will not be inimidated. He's our only chance, in my view.
Howard Dean is smart and a motivator. I was very impressed with all the democratic presidential nominees. Al Sharpton is someone who is sharp as a tack. Very quick and smart.
Having someone who says what they mean and means what the say is so refreshing in the current political culture of pathological liars. Howard Dean captured that. Unfortunately it caught America off guard. We need to let the politicians know that we will no longer tolerate the lies. With the internet we can truly make our representatives representative of us instead of the special interests. Howard has it!
