We need someone who can appeal to the young people who are the voters of the future, who knows how important it is to be different from the Republicans, who has his finger on the pulse of this country and this party, and who will not back down to intimidation by the Republican meanness machine or the GOP-biased mass media. Dean is that man.
The Democratic Party is infirm and in need of a doctor who can diagnose the problem. The Dems need a quick transfusion of spine, personality, straight talk, and righteous anger. Dean is the man for the job.
We lost because the Democratic leadership did not rally the Democratic base. Howard Dean is better at that than anyone else. It is time for bold leadership.
Adapt, Evolve or become a Dodo.
I think Howard Dean would be a sound leader for this country. He was my pick for the Dem. ticket, and I think
he could rally the progressives to a more cohesive and
successful state.
Actualy we could have mutiple chairs or co-chairs all of the person mentioned would make a good chairperson have something like a board or directors or something
We need to redifine the backbone and the brain of the DNC. Dr. Howard Dean is the man to do that. If you need any help from Dr. Weston, let me know. I have an excellent resume and I'm in-line with Dean's philosophy.
The 2004 Democratic Party seems to stand for nothing. It's time to reclaim populism - we can win on ISSUES. A spine transplant is needed for this party: it's time to call the Doctor.
This is a No Brainer!! Not only does Dr. Dean understand that the Democratic Party has Lost It's Bearings his Movement has Mobilized Tens Of Thousands of Supporters, especially amoung the Young who's Country Will Be Theirs Soon!! While didn't Support Him he has done More for the Political Process than any, this Past Election Cycle and Continues. His Supporters, instead of Walking Away, Joined the Fray and Worked Extremely Hard for the Kerry/Edwards Ticket!!!!!!!!
At this time, our party needs a strong leader who is not afraid to speak his or her mind, and who is firm in the belief that we will not devalue everything we stand for and become "Republican-lite" in order to win upcoming elections.
Without this, there will be no Democratic Party and whether or not Dean can run in 2008 will be irrelevant. So let's let him do what he's most needed for now.
Howard Dean was right on the war, right on economic policy and right on social issues. Without him, we would have not done as well as we did Nov. 2. We need a clear, distinguishable voice from that of Karl Rove and the 'new' Republicans.
You are clear on message and your energy is unmatchable, please use them along with your common sense (sorely lackly in the elite circles of our party right now)to move us in the right direction.
