Governor Dean was the one who energized the Democratic Party after the first Bush debacle. We need someone like him running the show. He'll revitalize the party and keep the republican heels to the fire.
We need a leader who will look for solutions to critical problems and not just use re-treads of former party slogans. Dean is willing to think outside traditional party lines but still remain faithful to the core values and he knows how to be inclusive of all those and encourage them to be a part of the process.
If John Kerry had voted against the war authorization, he would not have been successfully portrayed as a flip-flopper and as irresolute. But he wasn't resolute or consistent. He thought voting against the reslolution would have been political suicide, and he killed himself when he did it. Howard Dean has understood this from the beginning. If he had been the nominee, he would have won.
I don't know if it's best to take over from the inside or from the outside, but we have to do something. No more Terry McAuliffes; stifle the DLC. Let the grassroots decide who the candidates will be.
what a clear voice and vision we had, while Dean figured into the future of the Democratic party. We need it now, more than ever!
We are deperate for real leadership. Give it to us in this time of terrible demoralization!
Howard Dean had the energy, enthusiasm and charisma to get the whole compaign moving this year. He did us a great service, and his ideas are exciting. He appreciates the contributions of the working people and cares about their welfare. He is a great Democrat.
We need a person with the vision and record of Governor Dean to lead the DNC. He is smart, experienced, and able to inspire people to involvement and committment. WE NEED HIM.

We have been going in the wrong direction since Clinton left office. No one can out-Republican a Republican, and it's time that we Democrats actually act like the Progressives we are. We can take back the White House with the right candidate who speaks to real values and in a real way. Only Dean seems to be the man to understand this and lead our party in the right direction.
Dr. Dean, you changed my life. I went from an apathetic person who voted Democrat in only BIG elections to a hardcore volunteer, traveling to Iowa (twice!), marching in DC for choice, tabling at events, registering new voters, and talking to complete strangers about politics!
If you could do that with little ole me, imagine the huge differences you
could effect to bring our party and our nation back!

Howard Dean "woke up" the dmocratic party. He breathed life, energy and a backbone into it. The most consrtuctive thing this party can do is elect Howard Dean its chairman.
When I last saw Howard Dean being interview by Wolf Blitzer on CNN in my mind I was hearing Wolf say "and now for some truth for a change, instead of all this nasty lying campaign rhetoric, here's Howard Dean." Blitzer didn't say that, but that's what I heard. I still want my country back.
Howard Dean is the one who made other candidates change from Bush-lite to express true Democratic goals. We need him to inspire the party to express these "values".
