Howard Dean could energize the party like no other person I know. Lets not be afraid to stand up for what we know democracy is all about. Howard Dean has the passion to lead the way.
I support Howard Dean for Chairman of the Democratic National Committee. I know that Dean is an expert on grassroots democracy and that he understands the needs of the people. He is honest and open, the very antithesis of George Bush.
When other Democrats were cowarding Howard Dean dared to speak out loudly, boldly and truthfully. He is the one individual most resposible for awakening the grassroots. He is the right leader, for the right party, for the right cause.
We need a Democrat from the Democratic wing of the Democratic party, and we need someone like Howard Dean to ensure no one in the party will tear down a presidential candidate like they did to Governor Dean!
Dean has the passion we need to motivate the masses. He represents the spine of the democratic party. We need to quit being spineless. We need to end war and injustice!
"The Tea is in the harbor", we must continue the battle to take back out country, and we know Howard can lead the way, It was his vision that started this Revolution.
Dr./Gov. Dean:
- would articulate a clear message
- would not compromise core principles
- understands technology as it's applied to the political process
- knows how to raise $$$
Dr. Dean gets it and he can communicate that he gets it which is why he was able to garner so much popular support before the formal primary season began.
I don't know that he could have won the general election but if he had been the candidate, he would have campaigned on his own terms, rather than spending 3/4 of his time explaining the nuance of this or that.
Dean helped reshape the Democratic party, bring back the progressive left and he built support one voter at a time. This is the kind of thinking we need in our party now.
Why Dean?
1. He understands we need to build from the bottom up.
2. He can raise money.
3. He'd bring a little inspiration to this party.
4. He understands that we need to start appealing to poor whites that are voting against they're economic interests.
I would have voted for Howard Dean, but he was quickly fading by the time my state primary came along.
I think Howard Dean can be for the Democrats what Ronald Reagan was for the Republicans. He would understand rural voters because he is from Vermont and has experience as governor. His populism and independent spirit would break into the Republican base. I think that Howard Dean could shake up the electoral map by putting the Western states into play. Remember that Ralph Nader and Ross Perot did best in "kooky" states like Alaska and Montana.
The DNC needs an infusion of new blood and real truth tellers to counteract the influence of those who would doom the DNC to irrelevency by moving more to the right.
Howard Dean speaks plain and simple truth, we always knew it! His campaign reform platform is the ultimate. NO MORE REPUBLICAN LITE! We oppose the Republicans on MORAL issues. True pro-lifers and true Christians oppose violence, war, and welfare for the rich! WE NEED HOWARD DEAN NOW!
Enough of business as usual. I've been a registered Democrat for 30 years, but the day after the election I changed my party affiliation to "None". Put Howard Dean in charge and I'll change my party back to "Democrat". We need someone who will stay away from big corporations and fight for the real middle class. If the Democrats will do that, they will have a win. I'm tired of being pushed around by lobbyists and big business and I don't think I'm the only one out here.
Gov. Dean inspired the Democratic base as no one else has done in years. We devoted 14 months of our lifes, every dollar we could afford, and many more we could not, to make this man's vision for America a reality. I did not contribute a cent to the DNC for the first time in 20 years. Was disgusted at the leadership. The group of people we met would follow Howard Dean anywhere. The total grassroots(and only) campaign for Kerry and other local candadates came were all former Dean supporters. A bright, passionate, energized group of people of varying ages and backgrounds. Don't let them fade back into the shadows. They will with the "republican-lite" leadership we have seen at the DNC as of late. Give us passion, integrity and new ideas, give us Howard Dean

Dean has some vision, unlike most others I've heard floated. Clinton would probably assure a Hillary run in 08, which I don't thinnk would give us a winner.
Howard Dean started an Internet revolution with his campaign, and showed the Democrats that he could oppose the Iraqi War and win popular support. He is the only logical choice.
i went to NV on tuesday, and every single volunteer i met said they voted Dean in the primaries ... get him on board to revitalize the Dem community! :-D
