It is time the American people heard reasoned, well thought answers from their prospective representatives. Mr. Giuliani, I personally doubt that you are able to truthfully articulate your positions in a such a way that would show them to be beneficial to the American people, within the bounds of Constitutional Authority, and not, to quote you,
Ron Paul is a rare breed in politics in that he actually considers history and the implications of our actions when deciding public policy. The flag waving Americans who believe America can do no wrong are the same ones who cheered Giuliani. Giuliani, I dare you to debate Mr. Paul on the facts, on the HISTORY of American politics. You might need to pull a little bit more than soundbites out of your arse.
Guiliani made a grandstand statement that was incredibly out to lunch and now is his time to put his brain where his comments were! Debate Dr. Paul on foreign policy asap. Thank you.
They hate us for our freedoms is the dumbest farce ever. Rudy hasn't a leg to stand on, and if he debated Ron Paul, he would get slaughtered, mightily.
Come on, Rudy. If you believe you're right, this ought to be a no-brainer. He backed up his claims with facts and you appealed to your emotions. Not very convincing these days to the reasonable citizen.
If Mayor Guiliani seamed so indignant at what Dr. Paul said then he should not let his back bone slip out of his pants and stand up for his beliefs and accept the challange of Dr. Paul to a debate on foriegn policy.
This is a policy debate that this country needs. I want to hear a rational and civilized debate between two knowledgeable individuals on both sides of the issue that isn't interrupted or on a strict time limitation.
