Rudy Ghouliani should debate Dr. Paul, because then the people of the United States would truly get a debate. It's better than hearing a bunch of guys talking about how they're gonna take our rights away. Ron Paul has consistently voted to limit government's size and oppression. Ron Paul 2008!
I would definitely like to hearyou explain how our policies in the Middle East and as to Iraq prior to 9/11 had no effect on Al Qaeda's decision to attack the United States. I'm sure you've given it a lot of thought. It sounds like it would be an interesting debate. I promise I'll watch.
I support the U.S. Constitution, I support TRUTH in government, I support freedom and liberty in America. Therefore, I support Ron Paul. Mr. Giuliani: COWARDS hide from open discussion of functional reality.
Even the 911 Commission Report says the 9/11 attacks were a result of blowback from our involvement in the middle east for over 50 years. Debate Dr. Ron Paul,so you have to study the issue, not just give a gut reaction that is misinformed.
Mayor Giuliani and Representative Paul need to talk this thing out. I suspect that the mayor may find more to agree with in Dr. Paul's stance than he may have initially thought.
I grew up in a neighborhood that was next to a neighborhood where I could not go unless I wanted my butt kicked. I know full well that when I went through that neighborhood that I could get my butt kicked. One day I went through that neighborhood to go to the store, it was a short cut. On my way back, I got my butt kicked and my coat taken. Rudi, did I deserve to get my butt kicked? Absolutely not. Did I increase my chances of that happening by going through a neighborhood I know better than going through; I indeed did, and this time my shortcut came back on me. It's not that I deserved it, and its not that I invited it; I was minding my business. Its a fact that there are activities in this world, that if you engage in, there can be consequences. 9/11 was the result of us engaging in the role of world police in neighborhoods where we shouldn't be, and as a result we got a pretty bad bloody nose. Instead of making a friend in the neighborhood, we walk through with our chest puffed out, begging for more. Rudi, you truly are hopeless in foreign policy. Amo 3:6 clearly states that if evil comes to your city, Yahweh (The LORD) has brought it. Why did he bring this evil upon our cities on 9/11? It isn't because we are free and wealthy.
If Rudy Giuliani is reluctant to debate Dr. Paul on foreign policy, then how about fiscal policy, gun-rights, gov't spending, the Patriot Act, property rights, corporate and personal welfare or the Federal Reserve? Ron Paul in 2008!
Ron Paul is the only traditional conservative running. Why in the world would the GOP want to ban him? Our message to the GOP: If you ban Ron Paul, my husband and I are voting for Hillary just to send you a message; we are traditional conservatives who voted for Kerry last time. Don’t make us feel left out again. As long as you keep offering liberal candidates like Rudy and promote them to the fullest, we will hold our noses and vote Democrat until you see the light. Ron Paul, the only true Republican in the fold, is the greatest. Why can’t the Republican Party see this?
Rudy is never going to debate Ron Paul who can point to the statements of Wolfovitz and Micheal Scheuer, the CIA expert of terrorism, to support his case. I really think Rudy put his foot in his mouth and is going to get a lot of backlash over this. You even have shows like The View that is questioning Rudy's remarks. Actually, I would sooner see Ron Paul debate Sean Hannity with the stipulation that they muffle Sean when it's Paul's turn to speak. In a fair debate, Ron Paul will expose Hannity for the neocon fool that he is.
Mr. Giuliani, time for you to step up and show us what you've got; if you're any kind of man in the least, you will debate Mr. Paul as this petition requests, and we will see who is the better choice for our next president of the United States. I have a feeling I already know who it will be, though I dare you, sir, to prove me wrong.
Ron Paul made all you other pseudo-conservative anti-everything Christianizing Republicans look like fools. Those that are against liberty, freedom, democracy, and pro-choice, GET THE HELL OUT OF MY COUNTRY
Wudolph, de wed nosed wain diiiiiuuur had a vewy shiny nose and if you evew saw himyou would even say it gwowed.. all of de other weigndiiur used to waugh and call himnames.. they neve wet poor wudolph pway in any weigndiiuuur games....so wudolph wityou nose so bwight wont you debate R.P. tonite...den all de other weigndiiur waughed atwudolph even mooor..poor ol wudolph didnt have a clue ..all he could say is boo hoohoo. now all the other reigndeer looked to R.P. for the lead.. they had a new leader thathad a whole new creed ..........I have no idea where that just came from??? I need to get out more
Mr. Giuliani needs to read more if what Dr. Paul said was news to him. The roots of 9-11 have been closely examined. Dr. Paul is simply the only Republican (or Democrat) with enough courage to state the facts.
If Rudy Giuliani is either so deluded or ignorant that he believes that what Ron Paul said is incorrect, then he needs to debate Rep. Paul and prove his point. It is not enough to simply play on people's emotions regarding 9/11, he needs to prove what he's trying to say. Emotional response is not proof. Neither is finger-pointing.
