I would hope to have the issues cleared up in a debate that allows the candidates to express clearly and openly their positions on the issue of US envolvement in the Middle East.
It would be nice for a change to see Mr. Giuliani have to directly answer a question rather than his usual double-speak.And Dr. Ron Paul is just the man to do it!
These debates should not be taken so lightly and the media needs to be fair and shed an accurate light on all of the canidates. I can see why the public no longer trust the mainstream and seeks out the alternative news sources.
Rudy will crush Ron! I mean come on, the terrorists only hate us because we are a free and rich country!! DUH! We can have a military presence in any country we want and it does not present any consequences whatsoever. The CIA is obviously wrong, right Rudy?
Guilliani is a pussy if he can't make time to debate with Ron Paul... And even more so if he can't debate in a logical, and respective fashion, unlike the obnoxious FOX reporter that kept yelling questions at Congressman Ron Paul.
Americans don't like the unfortunate truth when it goes against conventional wisdom. It can't be us...we're wonderful, right? Dr. Paul is citing CIA and 9/11 Commission recommendations. Rudy McRomney is playing the 9/11 card. Watch Loose Change, Rudy.
An honest, healthy debate on foreign policy is needed in order to craft an effective and efficient one. The catastrophe that is the War in Iraq and the state of current affairs in the Middle East stands as testament to that.
