the basis that the CPI had risen in the last quarter. How come I recieve a
letter telling me that because the CPI had not gone up the lastquarter I

to Comsuper. How come? DM42 activates the disability entitlement under the

I have served the Australian Defence Force for over 35 years. I have been
willing to lay my life down for my family friends and countrymen. I have
suffered two lost marriages that this service was partly to blame for due
to the stresses and work I could not discuss. While I believe that our
parliamentarians may be worth a better salary than my colleagues and me,
they (our parliamentarians) are not asked or expected to lay down their
life for anyone's defence nor do they undergo any formal training,
compulsory testing or annual personal assessments to obtain promotion or
keep their job. They are not formally bound by a second set of laws tested
in a court, in addition to civil law to uphold truth , honesty or probity
and yet they receive a higher level of superannuation conditions such as
indexation and widow(er)s’ benefits. This is unethical. I agree with
