É muito fácil chegar e falar: “Nós queremos uma premiere no Brasil”, é realmente fácil assim como eu, junto de todos fãs brasileiros de Harry Potter, estar falando nesse exato momento ‘Sim, nós queremos’, mas essas palavras talvez sejam pequenas, de tamanho mínimo perto do poder que a Warner tem, nós às vezes somos meros coadjuvantes, meros espectadores como fomos nesses 10 anos em que ficamos com o Harry até o fim.
Para ter uma pequena ideia da nossa proporção, demos $9 milhões de dólares no primeiro filme em bilheteria, $6 milhões no segundo, $7 milhões no terceiro, $13 milhões de dólares no quarto, $17 milhões de dólares no quinto e $20 milhões de dólares no sexto filme. Nós, fãs brasileiros, nunca desistimos de assistir ao nosso filme preferido nas telas, mesmo após decepções como o adiamento de um deles, nós mostramos que fomos fiéis, mostramos que amamos essa saga e gostaríamos de ser lembrados nessas duas últimas oportunidades que entrarão em cartaz mais precisamente no dia 19 de Novembro de 2010 e 15 de Julho de 2011, com ambas partes de Relíquias da Morte.
Não pedimos o trio principal (Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint e Emma Watson) em nosso país, pedimos uma consideração, um agradecimento pelos mais de 70 milhões de dólares que nós, fãs brasileiros, demos para vocês nesses 10 anos de jornada que talvez nós, mais do nenhum outro fandom, sentirá tanta falta. Os brasileiros fãs de Harry Potter sempre tiveram essa característica, a de união, de se juntar na hora que todos lutam por um único ideal, nesse caso, a consideração.

We're not asking to receive the main trio (Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson) in our country, we ask for some recognition, also some gratitude for the more than 70 million that we, Brazilian fans, have given you in these years of journey, a journey that maybe will be missed by us much more than by anyone. The Brazilian Fans of Harry Potter always had this attribute, standing united during the many times that we needed to fight for one ideal, in this case, the recognition.
