The tenants of the Diplomat Apartment Building located at 3530 Miami in St. Louis, MO hereby request that Vincent Stanec, Owner of the building reconsider his actions of dismissing Judith McElroy, Building Manager, for the following reasons:

Judi has managed this building for the past eleven years and has done so over and beyond her job description as manager. She has kept this building, our home, in the best condition than any other manager has and would be able to. She not only maintains this building physically but also manages it mentally. That is, she helps the tenants of the Diplomat to be able to maintain their lives in an proper and orderly fashion. She has always made great efforts to have tenants live here that are condusive to this building and the current tenants. Without Judi this building would not have the "family" atmosphere that it has. It would take a new manager years to learn as much about this building and the people that live here as Judi does. We feel there is no other that can!

It takes quite a talented person to be able to do this job as well as Judi has and continues to do so professionally even knowing that her position is to end as early as August 1, 2006.

We all have one thing in common, WE DO NOT WANT YOU TO DISMISS JUDITH MCELROY OF THIS MANAGERIAL POSITION OF THE DIPLOMAT APARTMENTS. WE FEEL IT WOULD BE AN ERRONEOUS ERROR FOR THE BUILDING AND THE TENANTS IF YOU DID.
