Attention: Ankama Studios & Management of Dofus, Head of Customer Relations


Dear Ankama Studios & Dofus Team:

Numerous players of Dofus on the English servers (Rushu) have filed many complaints, most of which associating with lack of response, poor service, and suggestible random acts of banning Dofus members from their accounts with no legit statement of reason from Dofus Management. The Rushu server has been more than extremely tolerant with your service for over a year and though we do understand your tight schedule we can no longer disregard the inadequate business we are being provided from your company. The following marks listed below have been contributed by different players on their opinion of your inadequate support:

1. Improvision of current problems instead of focusing on updates.
2. Better response and handling of Ticket submissions.
3. Less discrimination towards the attention of the English server.
4. More interaction with Rushu from General Managers and the Dofus Team.

Paid members of Rushu are dissatisfied with the current conditions of your support system and refuse to accept anything less than quality service from the Dofus Team. This letter of petition is signed by the concerned players of Rushu who demand better business from Dofus Management.
