It supplies relevant information about health, life , realationships and sex. The fact is teenagers don't feel comfortable going to parents or doctors for such issues and Dolly approaches these questions sensitively and in a down to earth practical manner.
As you can see in this picture there are articles about cutting, drink spiking and informaion on STIs, pap smears and the pill. Certainly not encouraging Dolly readers to have sex.
