I think people should be allowed to drive when they turn 14. It's not fair because 16 year olds aren't much safer or smarter than 14 year olds. So what would be the reason to wait till we were 2 more years older. I THINK WE SHOULD DRIVE WHEN WE"RE 14!!!!!!!!!!!
