I support this petition.You obviously have pedophiles within ebays management that are allowing this to continue. This is how pedophiles network with each other. You need to take a close look at yourselves and question what ebay is getting out of this and at what cost. These children need to be protected.
What you people dont understand is when you become an actor you give up those rights. You are a public figure and people can sell your picture, say whatever they want about you and you cannot sure for slander. If I want to sell defaced pictures of George Bush on EBAY I can hes a public figure, an actor falls under that same guidelines. If your a normal person not in the limelight then there are laws protecting you. As for these pictures on EBAY, its allowed. Think of Paris Hilton. She can't stop the sales of her sex tape. BUT if it was you, the law would protect you. Shes a PUBLIC FIGURE therefore we can make jokes and print them in papers and she can't sue us. Same goes with these photos on EBAY, you have up that right when you become an actor and EBAY isnt going to get themselves sued by stopping the sales, the other person is right FREEDOM of SPEECH.
I support this petition. And not only should you not sell children's photos - for obvious reasons - but you shouldn't sell any actor's photo without their permission!
I agree Hollywood only picks good looking kids and makes 15 and 16 year old girls grow up fast. Look at Jessica Simpson as an example, Hillary Duff etc when they were really young. you know if ebay stops this, ACLU and many other will sue them.

I cant support the petition since its legal and free speech. I dont think exploting children is right, but thats what hollywood and casting directors do. Put kids in PUBLIC life and make then TEEN IDOLS, look at Backstreet boys and Aaron Carter, you exploit them to sell to teen girls. If parents don;t want them on EBAY stay away from Hollywood.

Please do something to stop the sale of young boys and girls on Ebay. Someone with as much power and revenue as Ebay generates, does not need this kind of thing to be a part of your website.

Had I known that ebay was supporting the activities of pedophiles, I would have never shopped with them. I will no longer do business with ebay until they cease this reprehensible practice.
