We the citizens, and taxpayers, of the United States are NOT fairly represented by our federally elected congresspersons. Our voices are not heard. Our tax payments are waisted. Any ONE congressperson from the smallest and most extreme political constituency can penalize the whole country with ridiculous and costly endeavors. Term Limits have not worked. Political embarrassment to that extreme political constituency has not rid us of those road blocking congresspersons. We the people of the United States require that all federal congresspersons represent all the citizens of the United States so that we, the people, can progress to a more prosperous and happy life.
Empower The U. S. Citizen Amendment will allow a national election to vote OUT of office any federal congressperson. Any federal congressperson who receives more than 20% of the popular national vote to vote them OUT of office in any 2 year federal election will immediately be expelled from office and not be allowed to hold any other federal office for 10 years.
We the undersigned urge Congress to pass this constitutional amendment and to send it on to the individual states for their approval. Please print your name and complete address clearly and legibly, as this petition will be presented to the U.S. Congress.
