since at least 14 october 2003 this abusive and hostile chatter thereisnobodyhere69_ a/k/a whatafarce1 has seen fit to make himself a fixture in the msn (chat.msn.com) lobby chatrooms
on a daily basis to harass abuse harangue and insult your chatter/subscribers and despite repeated email complaints; trips to the help desk you have still not taken any action against this abusive hostile and profane chatter
therefore since you are in violation of our chat subscription agreement contract not to mention your own code of conduct and terms of use we have decided not to renew our chat subscription agreement contract at expiry to switch chatlines to encourage anyone else who's been offended by this abusive and hostile profane chatter to do the same
we have never seen anything so horribly managed such as this chatline and the whole of microsoft should be ashamed of themselves for producing for public consumption garbage like this chatline
we ask for new management for the chatline as well
