the avalability of information for everybody is a duty of the EU. If all council-speechens can be translated to all languages of the EU-members, it should none the less be possible to make streams available in a format everybody who wishes is able to view them. We shouldnot support this behaviour in a(ny) legal way. So the answer is: support this petition".
