Welch fedenscheinige Begründung, Linux könne nicht *unterstützt* werden. Dabei geht es nur darum, Linux zu *ermöglichen* - für den Support sorgt die Linux-Gemeinde selbst. Faktisch wird hier ein Hersteller bevorzugt: Ein Verstoß gegen den Grundsatz der Gleichbehandlung. Billieboy, das war gute Lobby-Arbeit!

Lorsqu'il s'agit de récupérer de l'argent pour des questions de libre concurrence l'EU fait et sait faire parler d'elle. Dans les actes, le constat est simple, une ignorance totale. Il aurrait pourtant été simple d'utiliser un format vidéo libre et laissant libre chois du lecteur vidéo aux Internautes pour ainsi rester dans la logique de libre concurrence, dixit l'EU et windows média player.
