Cordialement

Allowing everybody to view the EU videofeeds is paramount to any claims the EU Council could lay to being an open and democratic body. Either using Open Standards or allowing viewing through Open Source or a wide platform of viewers should be their primary concern. Perhaps they should think about this some more when proposing a new European Constitution.

However the issue is NOT about supporting Linux or any other specific Operating System or codec. It is about whether you provide information in an open and accessible format for everyone. If you do not then you should ask whether you are meeting your obligations as a public body?
