La transparence voudrait que tout Européen puisse y avoir accès. D'autant plus que cela est financé par nous les Européens. C'est triste, mais cela ressemble à un probleme technique : une chose est sure, les codecs opensource OGG THEORA..sont plus evolués et plus flexibles que les codecs MP3/WMV..qui sont une source de problemes divers ( les utilisateurs LINUX/UNIX le savent bien )

The service is payed for by my taxes. Why should I have to pay money to a convicted monopolist (We are the EU, not the US!) for the privilege of viewing it, when alternate open specifications and even free implementations are availiable?
