Les citoyens (et non les "consommateurs") ne devraient pas être obligés à payer des logiciels tierces (notamment américains) pour assister aux débats parlementaires européens. Les Logiciels Libres permettent de diffuser auprès de tout un chacun (y compris avec des logiciels non-Libres).
