Dans votre FAQ vous dites : "Nous ne pouvons légalement pas supporter Linux". Ce propos doit être le fruit d'une ignorence acompagnée d'une discrimination abjecte. Si, vous pouvez légalement supporter Linux ! Il suffit pour cela d'utiliser le theora codec qui est opensource. Bref, ceci est vraiment lamentable de la part du service média "streaming" du Conseil de l'Union européenne.

There is no reason for a forward thinking government agency to endorse and require proprietary operating systems for viewing its official documents. These documents, videos, transcripts and so forth should be available in a platform agnostic format. There are several totally free and legal codecs that would support this, if one were but to do the research.
