This cult The Christian Exodus is planning to move it's cult to South Carolina, we the free people of the Carolinas must stop them.

ChristianExodus.org is coordinating the move of thousands of Christians to South Carolina for the express purpose of re-establishing Godly, constitutional government. It is evident that the U.S. Constitution has been abandoned under our current federal system, and the efforts of Christian activism to restore our Godly republic have proven futile over the past three decades. The time has come for Christians to withdraw our consent from the current federal government and re-introduce the Christian principles once so predominant in America to a sovereign State like South Carolina

I'm not sure if anyone has noticed, but we have this thing called a constitution -- the highest law in the land that trumps all other laws. it's the oldest and longest-running constitution in the world, and that's something we should be proud of. one thing it says in our constitution -- in the first amendment -- is that there must be no government establishment of religion -- meaning government can't establish one religion over another, or establish religion itself over non-religion. individual people can do whatever they like, but government has to refrain from promoting one religion. it seems to me that this group is coming dangerously close to treading on this principle.

A bastardization of Christianity. As a newcomer to Anderson County, and a scientist, I must confess this all seems a bit surreal. Amazing that the beacon-journal of Anderson Independent is shilling for the group to come -- Feb. 14th.

There is no room in an open society to exclude diverse opinions. The goal of Christian Exodus is to supress opinions of others that don't share their beliefs.

My family has lived in this state for many generations. I vehemently DO NOT support this group. I have no issue with people following their beliefs, but what arrogance for them to think they have the right to do this. It's disgusting. Also, note to ROB, you are as ignorant as the individuals pursuing this ridiculous Christian Exodus agenda. Stop watching the Dukes of Hazzard so much...it's just television.
