From a profitability stand point, only the best shows can gross so much money from DVD sales after they are cancelled. Fox is not only hurting the veiwers, and Family Guy enthusiasts, but themselves as well. Family Guy rules.

The Family guy is just as good as The Simpsons and look at how long they have been on. I was so bummed out when they stopped airing it. but I bought the DVD as soon as they came out. And Truth be told There is all kinds of crap on TV now I am sick of Survivor and other reality TV shows They all suck!
This show is the most ingenius program that has been on television in recent history. It is an absolute travesty to have Mr. McFarlane sitting home not writing more episodes of this masterpiece.
Family Guy, though not as classic as The Simpsons, has more laughs per minute than any Simpsons' episodes. It may be one of Fox's greatest achievements.
Please bring back the show, and when you do, please make it available on the Armed Forces Network as well for all of us troops serving overseas, we love the dvds!
This is one of the funniest and most entertaning shows in quite some time. The gags work on som many different levels that Fmaily Guy also proved to be one of the most versatile shows on television. Therefore, it was a redicolus and utterly irresponsable decision on the part of FOX to pull the plug on the show, all to apease a small group of people who just happen to have a more powerfull lobby than the average person who found Family Guy to be one of the funniest shows that television has ever seen. What shows do we see insted of this witty cartoon? We are innundated with mediaocre "reality" (and I use the term very losely) shows that offer no intelligent huomor or any of the other great contributions that Family guy made in it's time on network television. In other words, rather than aring a show that pokes fun at our shortcomings in society, FOX, is, by aring shows like "Temptation Island" and "Joe Millionare", furthering the dedgreation of media and our world as we know it. The writters form Family Guy would have a field day.

This is one of the funniest shows of all time, if Fox keeps a piece of crap like Boston Public on the air why not Family Guy, put it on after the Simpsons or before the OC, programs that people actually watch. Or even better, put it on before American Idol, and watch the ratings boom. Just keep it at a time that people will know it will be on.
Family Guy was just too ahead of its time... i don't think the general public was ready for it. Censors have become more lax, i think it's a great time to BRING BACK FAMILY GUY!!!
please, please, please. I don't think I watch any actual people in them. It's either FG, Simpsons, Futurama, or Sealab 2020. Is it me that's sad, or the state of writing for TV.
This is by far the funniest show EV-er! I bought all the DVD seasons and have to tell you that they're the most popular thing to watch at our fraternity house...please bring it back!!!!!!!
