Please bring Maude to DVD right away! It is too funny to wait. Bea Arthur is great in Golden Girls and even more hilarious as Maude. Let her loose on DVD and TV!!!
I want this show on DVD or VHS, i don't care, i want it!!! It was so funny, clever, witty, just something we don't see anymore. So, stop being dumb!!! Let us have it!!!!!!!
I think Beatrice Authur is the most entertaining actress i've ever seen. I absoluly love her. You cannot bring out these shows like Buffy, and Dynasty without Maude. It was a classic, and well dammit, give us this on DVD. We have waited, now do your job!!!
Great show! Bea Arthur ate up the scenery and spat out statements just dripping with acid but always made a point. Hmmm I think she was the first to mention abortion on one show. Wasn't her show a spin off from All In The Family? If Mary Tyler Moore has her first season out, then it's time Maude's dvd came out and remind us to say it like it is!(was!)

I recently made a trip to Amazon.com to purchase a Maude DVD and to my surprise a Maude DVD wasn't available. Not a one! What kind of crazy world do we live in?!
It perplexes me how total crap like "Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "Dawson's Creek," and "Three's Company" have multiple season sets, while this absolute gem has none.
Bea Aurthur made the series "MAUDE",
one of the best comedies ever, She is the original "Rosanne".
And if "ANY" 1970's sitcom should be released on DVD its "THE MAUDE".

Please bring this long lost show to DVD. There has been no funnier woman on TV. I loved it, and I know there's a new audience out there waiting to love it too!
Bring Maude to DVD. It was a great show that viewers loved for six years. It was a hit along with all of Norman Lear's other hit sitcoms. Give viewers a chance to relive those moments on DVD or VHS.
Maude was one of those shows that dealt with all the problems that America was neglecting. Equal rights for women, alcoholism, equal rights for gays, and so much more. "THAT UNCOMPROMISING, ENTERPRISING, ANYTHING BUT TRANQUILIZING, RIGHT ON MAUDE!"
I remember watching maude back int the early 1970's, and it was a terrific show. All of Norman Lear's other shows have already been released some in their third season. Maude was one of the best of Norman Lear's shows, and it deserves to be remembered. "AND THEN THERE'S MAUDE!"
I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!! Maude is hysterial! She should have won an emmy every year this show was on! I can't wait any longer for this to be released on DVD! Let's get it out, folks!
MAUDE was the best sitcom EVER I'LL RIPP YOUR HEART OUT IF YOU DON'T release it on DVD! It Was one of the best show ever with a blend of drama, comedy and so unusual absolutely Unique fight for the women rights, the gays, the ethnics, the religion evrythings was so cool and make you think about whats really important in life with a humour who was so unusual and very fabulous we must have it on DVD it is a CLASSIC still funny in 2005!
Please release Maude on DVD! I know there is a market for it out there. I'm 19 so I wasn't born when this show originally aired, but I still love the humor of this show! At the very least, put Maude on the Lifetime Channel--Golden Girls is aired, why not Maude?
Such memories!... Intelligent, witty, current...what a great sitcom that was. Maude was such a character! Every single episode should be released on dvd format, to say the least. Also, I would love to see "The Odd Couple" sitcom episodes released too... These television shows, among others, are classics. They are such an important part of American television history. Out of respect they should all be restored and made available for private viewing for the whole world to see and enjoy!!
Since TV Land no longer broadcasts Maude, one of my all time favorite shows. I decided to go over to amazon.com to see if I could buy it on divd. Only to find out it is not available on dvd! Not only that, but several other classic TV series are also not available on dvd. What's up with that?! Give me my Maude! And while I'm at it give me the rest of my Mary Tyler Moore!
I dont know tv companies are not releasing more shows on dvd, if they would it would be a treat for fans and also it would mean more money in their pockets

She has been an Icon for TV for many years, in addition the money that the company could make just selling Maude on Dvd would be insane. Thank you for this moment, I look forward to the moment when I own Maude on Dvd.
If you can bring Soap and The Golden Girls to DVD, why not maude? There is definitely a demand, because there really has never been any other show like it. It is truly groundbreaking and one-of-a-kind, genuine TV history that needs to be preserved and presented to audiences of this and future generations.
