I have closed my previous "Van Helsing" petition due to the news that Universal is planning to put the rest of the series on DVD and recasting it. A lot of us feel that the executives don't realize that people really liked this movie, and it shouldn't have to go the way of "American Pie" as well as the fact that the actors from the movie wanted to do sequels.

So show your support for a film franchise that doesn't deserve the cheap-quel treatment.
