France is one of the worst nations in the world. My father is from "France". He is from Euskal Herria (Basqueland). What is a Basque, you ask? The Basques are some of, if not, the oldest people in Europe. They live in northern Spain and southern France. They have been fighting for independence for centuries. The French and Spanish governments abuse Basque rights. They are not allowed to put ikurrinas (their flag) in public places. They are not allowed to speak their language in their public schools. Many Basques (including my father's cousin) have been thrown in French and Spanish dungeons for allegidly being tied to ETA, a terrorist group. The French need to pay for what they've done. Economic sanctions by the USA, Britain, and the rest of the EU would prove helpful.

I don't know when was the last time USA gave money to France, because even my parents weren't born. Actually, nowadays, USA owe money to every country in the whole world.

I do not support this gay petition - The French are by no means the worst people out there, there are far worse. and this argument is stupid because you are assuming that all 70 million french people are the same, wheras any normal person will know of course that all humans are different, irrespective of nationality. The approach taken with this one is wrong. I don't like some of the things France have done over the years because I am English and we've been grappling for centuries, but Id much rather have France on my doorstep than Libya, or Guatemala, or burkina faso, or north lorea, or the USA for that matter, (I like the USA where it is) The French are generally a good people, just run by wankers. There is also a large peasant farming population in France, which would explain the less civilised shit they get up to like burning live sheep in vans and eating sparrows / horses heads etc.

Some small french businesses went out of business; people who had nothing to do with politics. Who maybe loved the usa. They went broke because of the boycott; now americans are you proud? do you feel good?

I won't say that all french people suck, I don't know all of them, but on the whole the french appear to me to be the most arrogant country in the world. People call the USA arrogant. It's not arrogance if you back it up, it's confidence. The french have been spouting off for generations that they are the sole creators of "open-minded society" and we should all follow their obvious wisdom. What tripe! The last time the french showed any balls at all was in the American Revolution and that was only because they hated the British so much. And "12 donatien", we may still be part of britain if it wasn't for you, but you'd all be speaking german if it wasn't for us, TWICE!
