Get rid of corrupt officials in our government! They are the only reason, why our beloved country is in it's current poor state. They too are the only reason, why I'm living in another country.
A lot of filipino professionals in abroad are giving up their filipino citizenship, due to current situation of our country. Peoples in other nations, they know that our government officers, military officers and other private sectors.
There should also be a bill punishing also those who GIVE IN TO CORRUPTION, MEANING, THOSE HANDING OUT BRIBES to demonic govt.officials and employees. The hell with them ALL!
There is a great need to get rid of the corruption of the government if we want to have an authentic development for our country. We must curb corruption and to eliminate this practices in government institutions.
Let's all work together for the good of our country. Let's think about our counrty. Let's not only be family-centric but God-centric and country-centric also.
There oughta be a law vs "Illegal
privatization". Elected officials,
government functionaries, etc.
should bear in mind that state funds are not for their private use.
I strongly support. one question to the government officials.
In spite of the worst situation of the country, esp in politics, why they still want to be a president or vice president? are they really concern to the poor filipinos? in fact, their own families they cant managed it well how much more the whole country? madam president, I hope to hear from you. thanks.
nakakainis isipin na namamalimos ang gobyerno dahil sa fiscal crisis ... pero bakit nga ba sila namamalimos? para masolusyunan ang fiscal crisis o para meron pa silang makurakot...
written consent? it should be mandatory, meaning every public official or government employee in high position should yield his right on bank secrecy law --- when you serve the government, you should hide nothing. but if this is the closest thing we can get to lessening corruption, its better than the weak laws we have now. lets keep our hopes high.
Sana ay maipasa, ang batas na magpaparusa
sa mga taong nagpapakasasa sa pagod ng iba.
mga senador at congressman, hindot kayo kapag di nyo ipinasa yan.
to fight corruption, one should remove the source which is the overpricing of bids for any government project. the overpriced amount could be used to raise the salaries of government employees. suppliers would not agree to this because the government is always delayed in their payments and the overpriced amount would cushion the value of currency. government should use the current price in their estimates. if the bidding of the project does not push through as scheduled, the estimate is always changed. should there already be a winning bidder and the project implementation was delayed, price adjustment would have to be made. current practice of govt projects, ex. in bicol, almost 50% goes to congressman, governor, mayor, dpwh official. 20-30
% of the amt goes to the winning contractor and the remaining 30-20% would be used by the subcontractor to finance the project. with this amt, a project to construct a 50-k road would only produce around 15-k only. corrupt officials would only take pictures of the completed portion (15-k) to justify that it is completed. the remaining 35-k would have to be justified later on as repair/rehabilitation. another example is the newly built bridge somewhere in bicol where the protective dike was washed out because the concrete was not that thick. the subcontractor would always look for the inexpensive way to complete the project even if the quality of the work suffer and he makes sure that he does so that he could still get projects from the contractor. another is the macapagal ave. the contractor involved does not even own a single construction equipment yet he won the bid. which he later on subcontracted to a known contractor. i support the idea but you cannot really push this through if the person sitting on the highest position in the Phils is involved in corruption.
Whether we like it or not. Kapag nasa pwesto na yang mga elected politicians na yan, gagawa at gagawa sila ng kababalaghan. Because they see it there eh. The thought of may nakikita silang nangugurakot, why can't they diba? Especially kapag alam nila na malabo na mahuli sila. From there hanggang sa mga susunod pang public servants. Gano'n ang mangyayari. What should we do to this people? Bitayin!!!
The law should be fully implemented sparing no one. Anyone found be he/she be the richest person or the poorest must be punished or penalized in accordance to law. Harsher penalties should be invoked for gorvernment officials.
If the Philippine's morals in public service were likened to water in a glass, the water is draining steadily. There is a need to plug the drain and the petition to expedite the passage of the proposed bills sponsored by Sen Mar Roxas indicates that people still give a damn about their country.Carry on!
I cannot believe they can sleep at night. They promised to serve but all they did was serve themselves. You know when you do something wrong to a friend and you feel guilty you can't sleep? It amazes me the corrupt don't posses this conscience. It's not one friend, it's the whole country! I pray that they all can't sleep night after night after night.
bka pwede i-swap na lang yang mga kurakot na yan dun sa mga Filipino hostages sa Iraq at Afganistan. Sa dami ng mga kurakot na yan, magsasawa sila sa kapupugot ng ulo...
