there's no easy way of fighting corruption when the corrupts are sitting high up there and controlling everything... there's no easy way, but that doesn't mean there is no possible way - THERE IS. Education is one of the major keys that will play a very significant role in fighting corruption. Let us solve the small parts that will fit the bigger solution.

Kung walang magpapa-loko mababawasan ang mga manloloko. 'Wag na natin silang hintayin na makonsyensya, konsyensahin na natin sila. The thing is let's start with ourselves. Make sure that you are not corrupt, even in the small things.
Let this be for real.... Kababayan kailangan natin ito. Let us rebuild in the name of honesty and pride..before we turn into ruins of irreversible poverty brought about by greed and corruption of our own people, relatives and friends alike. Let's give the Philippines a chance...
The bill has been written; let's hope it gets passed. And once that is done, let's hope that our public officials will have the political will to enforce it and truly serve the masses who have put them in power.
why give that 10% or 10 million reward will we just encourage an impure motivation in telling the truth?why equate money with a person's responsibility to tell the truth and do what's right. i believe this will encourage corruption and deceit in another level thus the unjust structure of poverty remains. please take into consideration my insights thank you very much. I believe so that this bill will somehow help our nation rise up again. Corrupt officers have no right at all to be holding the money of the public. They should be executed.
