Since one of the ideas is to split strings not into words, but hopefully into phrases more semantically informative than the words they are made of, doing that better should mean better suggestions, and avoiding what essentially are word n-tuples should make for smaller data and slightly faster querying.

I support this petition although I like the proposed Bill #1760 to have more teeth by allowing the Ombudsman to examine bank deposits of public officials even without their consent. The proposed Bill as it is written right now renders the Ombudsman powerless if he is denied access to examine the public officials deposits.

Until Filipinos, as one, become politically mature enough to the point where we no longer elect "personalities" into public office, but rather proven, EDUCATED leaders, we will never have the government we, for generations, have longed and prayed for. Along with that, discard the yokes of nepotism, "utang na loob", cronyism, elitism, regionalism, "me first", etc. etc. -all the behaviors and beliefs that we as a people stubbornly or ignorantly cling to which only serve to divide us. MAYBE then we can move forward as one.

the people of the republic have suffered much due to the insolence of our past leaders. So now, we call on our politicians that were elected by the sovereign filipino people, to act upon bills that are currently pending in the plenaries of congress that possess the objective to cleanse the government of inconspicuous insects that are at the core of our underdevelopment. Our leaders, you have taken oaths to serve the filipino in the best way that you can. You have sworn to alleviate the country of its problems. Now, Fulfill them all!!

This petition is so good to be true! I would definitely support this petition for the improvement of Philippine politics even just a slight changes, I would consider it a miracle. For as we know, Philippine politics is like a cancerous disease that has been metastasized to the bones. However, there is still hope, if we ordinary citizens of the Philippines would start the change in our own self, to our family, to our community then to our country as a whole. Corrupt politicians and government employees dont deserve even a piece of RESPECT from the Filipino citizens. This bill is great. Thanks for the intelligence, and the courage of the creator. Way to go Filipinos!
