Since one of the ideas is to split strings not into words, but hopefully into phrases more semantically informative than the words they are made of, doing that better should mean better suggestions, and avoiding what essentially are word n-tuples should make for smaller data and slightly faster querying.
Bonjour! What a super websight! Very refreshing to peruse from where we live in Paris (France). I eat frogs and drink wine. Woold like more informatons on this. Best regards! Mikael.
It's about time. I just hope there's no loop hole in this one. Politicians' are always trying to find a way around laws, bills, rules and just about anything. Please, make this happen. For real this time. Do it!
I support this petition although I like the proposed Bill #1760 to have more teeth by allowing the Ombudsman to examine bank deposits of public officials even without their consent. The proposed Bill as it is written right now renders the Ombudsman powerless if he is denied access to examine the public officials deposits.
I whole-heartedly support this bill, and more bill that will come. Especially those that will provide the basic for life like feed, education, and health for the children. The Philippines depend on them.
Until Filipinos, as one, become politically mature enough to the point where we no longer elect "personalities" into public office, but rather proven, EDUCATED leaders, we will never have the government we, for generations, have longed and prayed for. Along with that, discard the yokes of nepotism, "utang na loob", cronyism, elitism, regionalism, "me first", etc. etc. -all the behaviors and beliefs that we as a people stubbornly or ignorantly cling to which only serve to divide us. MAYBE then we can move forward as one.
I hope this will be einforced, assuming it get's passed by the 'incompetent' sanate and house. I am willing to start a fight for justice and peace. It's about time for this to be passed. I need your help. Please help me! Support this one for me!
the people of the republic have suffered much due to the insolence of our past leaders. So now, we call on our politicians that were elected by the sovereign filipino people, to act upon bills that are currently pending in the plenaries of congress that possess the objective to cleanse the government of inconspicuous insects that are at the core of our underdevelopment. Our leaders, you have taken oaths to serve the filipino in the best way that you can. You have sworn to alleviate the country of its problems. Now, Fulfill them all!!
I support all the endeavouur of the administration senators and congressmen, even the President now. It's time to be united and put aside political and personal agenda. GOD Bless the United Philippines,God Bless the Filipino People, Mabuhay ang Pilipinas! Lets work for the common good of the Philippines and the Filipino People. I love the Philippines
i always dream of a better Philippines..a better land that can sustain its own people..a land of wealth and dignity. but unless the Filipinos will realize and act as one to put an end to this chronic malady of corruption in the system, unless the Filipinos will start looking ahead instead of his own arse, the Better Philippines will only be just a dream..
support the bill!!
way to go PINOY!!!
This petition is so good to be true! I would definitely support this petition for the improvement of Philippine politics even just a slight changes, I would consider it a miracle. For as we know, Philippine politics is like a cancerous disease that has been metastasized to the bones. However, there is still hope, if we ordinary citizens of the Philippines would start the change in our own self, to our family, to our community then to our country as a whole. Corrupt politicians and government employees dont deserve even a piece of RESPECT from the Filipino citizens. This bill is great. Thanks for the intelligence, and the courage of the creator. Way to go Filipinos!
I support these bills and may our government officials serve their countrymen in their utmost dedication so that our future generation will live to witness the GOOD CHANGES.
that's good. much better, however, if the government and business should work together to combat corruption. why don't we strictly implement business ethics program. there's no way that a public official can resort to corruption if businesses will stop participating. it takes two to tango.
I support for that, it is time to get out from that sticky situation, graft and corruption. I've been an OCW as well as my 2 sisters and 2 brothers, and I've seen much of the world working as seafarer. What I wish is that our country needs people to manage the government who are REALLY REALLY GOD Fearing people.
It is the firm duty of all "public servants" to practice transparency. If SB no. 1760 and 1761 can support this thrust, then I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be ratified by the Senate. Right?
graft and corruptions sucks! and it is wide spread like a bush fire in our government, it is the main reason why our country is impoverished...and to think we should not be this way... we are blessed with natural resources and everything...I hope we can have decent people to run this country after all this is all that we have.
i believe as a 16 year old youth, we must 1st start building our attitude, its not just about our government but us the poeple of the philippiones , lets support our government, the time is short for us to recover, so lets start now!!!!!! god bless
Corruption in the Philippines has long been institutionalized. It is high time to act and act decisively and persecute those who waste our peoples money..our money
Transparency, accountability and integrity have long become a cliche in the government service. The resilience of the Filipino people anent the corruption in the government is astounding, but enough is enough. Everyone who still dreams of a better Philippines should support SB's 1760 and 1761.
We are a First World People, subjected to Third World conditions. Such an initiative as this can surely help us move forward. We are part of the Citizens Foundation for the Prevention of Crimes and Injustices. We are also known at the Bantay Bayan. We have a nightly AM radio broadcast, "The Bantay Bayan Hotline". It airs from 9PM to 10PM on 738KHz. It is hosted by Colonel Octavio Alvarez and is dedicated to exposing crimes and injustices across the Philippines. We invite you to listen in and participate.
You have my full support. This has been long overdue. We need this for check and balance. Graft and corruption is what stopping a lot of investors into our country.
I have witnessed some corrupt practices myself and im sure no one is ever happy with that...not even the one's involve in corruption because they cant sleep well...their guilt will eat up even up to their bone marrows...IF there's still a some guilt left.
Corruption has been hampering Philippines towards a good life...I simply agree thats why im signing up and i salute Sen Mar Roxas...God bless you
If there's one thing that I respect so much about Hong Kong, (even tho its not my country), is their clean government. Philippines just filled w/ selfish, green-minded, money-grabbing, fat officials who's done nothing more but rob the poorest of the poor.
We are all guilty at one point or another of allowing this but everyone should be given the chance to redeem themselves and do their share to promise a brighter future
i really hate corrupt people.. please do something about our poor brothers and sisters.. please expedite the passage bill No's 1760 and 1761 of Hon. Mar Roxas..
This is a brave act that we Filipinos must support. I believe that we should start to be more concern of our country than our own personal interest. We've been known as one of the most corrupt country in the world...and we must be alarm by this report..and we should NOT allow this to continue...start now within ourselves..and support this Bill.
Great! thumps up ako dito.
at lease we have someone in the congress whos brave enough to tackle and face matters that can really solve the real problems of our country.
very much unlike those murderers in power who made themselves soo busy passing bills which is not only foolish but brutal and inhuman as well.
This is a brilliant idea. 100% agree.
Makatao po ito. Marami po talagang mga tao na takot magsumbong dahil sa tendency ng mga itong pumatay kung kinakailangan.
Thumbs up po kaming mag pamilya dito!!!
We need to recall that the only way to help this government is thru CHANGE.. .change not referring only to those who're in the position but to each of us. . . since we are the one who compose the government. The BILL will surely aid the less fortunate (hoping it'll become a law soon)but as i say, we need one another for the betterment of this country. And hoping in our hearts and mind, we do still believe God's intervention.
