Fire Vinny Cerrato

Dear Mr. Snyder,
We the fanbase of the once-proud Redskins franchise demand that you relieve Vinny Cerrato, your "general manager" and the dominant figure in your front office since you bought the team, of his duties. Cerrato's poor drafting, complete ignorance of the importance of both offensive and defensive line play to the success of the team, and mismanagement of his duties has left the Redskins with an offensive line on which every starter is at least 31 and injury-prone, a defensive unit that is ranked 29th in the league in sacks, four draft picks next year, and a 35-year old defensive end that has 1.5 sacks despite costing you two draft picks. His atrocious performance as a general manager has cost this franchise dearly, and in the interests of the success of the team and the restoration of the franchise's once-proud place in the National Football League, we request that you fire him and replace him with a competent professional capable of running the personnel operation of your front office.
