A disgraceful decision - more political correctness gone over the top. Are they seriously going to turn away foreign fans who may have travelled thousands of miles to the stadium for International matches, just because they're displaying national pride as well as supporting their club? We'll be a laughing stock and it will create more problems than it hopes to solve.

I think it’s disgraceful that a Turkish fan succeeded in his/her quest to create maximum offence and trouble for this great club. The culprit being Muslim has taken advantage and dew to political correctness we all have to suffer. Bring back all legal and recognised flags (Turkish flag included)and arrest all those with illegal flags that are only interested in creating trouble , offence and provocation.

this decision by arsenal is an utter disgrace, in fact i am offended by this decision so will this get the flags back in the stadium.p.s is it legal to stop someone from flying the union jack on uk soil?
Utter disgrace. Union Jack should never be banned within the UK. There may be an issue in only allowing the UJ and the flag of football association i.e. England - George Cross, Scotland - St Andrew Cross etc.

I am not British but i respect the rights of Britons and anybody else for that matter to show their patriotism.
If people can't accept that then tough shit, nobody is forcing them anyone to stay.
this has nothing to do with politcal correctness , it has to do with arsenal's board not making any money out of the flags - keep the fight and proper supporters will get back our game from the money men with no morals that includes most of the over hyped players - keep going from a west brom fan
I am a Scottish based Gunner and fell this is insane, especially as, if I wish to make the trip down to see my beloved team I cannot bring a Scottish flag. To which I find even more bizarre due to the fact if you look back to the days when we started out even before we were called the Woolwich Arsenal, the team was made up of mainly Scots.
I would therefore like to ask you to reconsider your decision on banning National Flags. And instead look into doing checks of flags upon entry, even if only on a speculative occasion.
