Arsenal Football Club is the Bank of England club. The English club with the best tradition in the country. The club is already accused of lacking English spirit, but please reconsider the ban. I for one am proud to wear the colours of England and Arsenal FC.
I signed the 1st petition to get one flag removed, that of TRNC, not every flag. The Afc blanket ban is wrong. Could Afc not have spoken to the flag bearer and resolved this in an amicable way so that all legal flags are permitted.
What are you doing do this our club... or is it our club anymore. I an 40 years a Gooner, you will destroy the very backbone of support you ask for in the programme each game.
I love this club ! Don't you think a club like Liverpool that epitomises there show of flags and scarves as a wonderful lift to their team... ask our own players. Again the PC BRIGADE have triumphed over common sense.
Have a word with the person with incriminated flags if need be, but let all the other flags stand, we need them for atmosphere!

Firstly this is to do with a turkish cypriot flying an illegal flag (Turkish republic of Cyprus) secondly Arsenal could have found many other ways of dealing with this problem other than introducing a blanket ban on national flags!

Absolute disgrace that Arsenal have decided to ban ALL flags. Fair enough on the illegal flag, but not all flags. Another attempt at arsenal to wipe out the real fan, bring in the corporates and create a soulless bowl so everyone can enjoy their canapes and a glass of champers over some football.
I have been a Gunners supporter since the 1950s and although there may not be many British players in the current team Arsenal was born a British club, and should never lose it's identity, my Father, Grandfather ect, all working men were the roots of the club. let's not forget that.
