what is the point of the first amendment if so many pet sites dont let you talk about whatever you want in a way they are commiting a federal crime... denying the first amendment... lyke neopets is the worst you cant talk about other pet sites or AIM or even ANY sites at all... no email adresses... it sucks thats why i joined marapets:

When you sign up with Neopets you agree to their rules. So your first amendment argument dies there. And the only pet site you can't talk about is Marapets, so that argument dies, as well. And you can't talk about AIM or email addresses because anyone could go onto these sites. You people are fond of saying that Neopets is for children - despite the alcoholic drinks that were once on the site - so why would you think that they would let a kid give their email address or AIM username out to someone that they don't know? That argument is ridiculous. So what you're really doing is bitching about Neopets without a leg to stand on.

KerzAp your retard..HTML is HTML..ok neopets copied some other site because another site has the bold/italic code first thats pretty much what your saying..

I've visited & played Marapets. Many on the Mara Boards agree that Marapets DID copy from Neopets. Also, the formatting is the same as you can tell, if you study it and if you know a bit of HTML. It is to the left side, uses the same code to do it, and etc.

Freedom of Speech Decree, eh? Well, I'm using my rights now by saying Marapets don't have a point to them. I've worked hard on Neopets. Before you post a disgriminating post, read first. I have reason behind what I say unlike some nut heads...Anyways, I've been playing since hte dawn of Neopets. OK, this is what happened, a few people decided to make their own pet site. Thus, bore the creation of Marapets, & etc. There was nothing wrong of this of course. UNTIL they got too far. They started advertising theirs on other people's property - the boards. Neopets hasn't always blocked the URLs, but they didn't want other sites to be broadcasted over theirs through the boards. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The constitution never protected the internet therefore they don't have to let you do anything. The internet is kind of like the west was in the 1800's: untamable.

think again... I was on Mara to see if they truly copied neopets (which they did of course, in every way) and I simply posted a topic and someone asked me is I played Neo.. (I made the same user) and I said yes.. they started cursing.. so I said something back and was swiftly frozen while the other was not.. twisted justice isn't it?? Marapets won't allow anything to get out that they copied neopets and won't even allow anything to be said on their boards.

yah mara... eh they let u talk about other pet swites but not like "JOIN NEO!!! MARA SUCKS!!!" of course mara doesnt sux XD eh we let u post urls.. thats how i found this place was on one of the boards XD eh we just put it to a limit but we let u talk about alot of stuff like evn if we r talking aboutneo not like "join neo plz" we just talk like how marapets is today ( it all started from a little guild ian made called "maraqua!") long story XD and well marastaff is nice if u do cheat mara gives them a second chance and doesnt freeze them atomacticly they actualy let the player talk and explain before they do anything XD so yah and neo just freezes ppl who didnt even do anything like me -_- m,y 2 year old account gone one day when i came back from spring break -_-
