From 1984 to 1989, Mr. Frank Dileo handled the career of Mr. Michael Jackson with undeniable poise. Mr. Dileo was a loyal and caring employee and remains loyal to Mr. Jackson even years now after his termination from Mr. Jackson's services.

Even during the recent rough patch Mr. Jackson faced, Mr. Dileo remained steadfast in his support for him. No other ex member of Mr. Jackson's team has done this to date, most hold grudges, most sell their stories, most use every opportunity to dirty up Mr. Jackson's name because they were terminated from their positions, and for good reason. But Mr Dileo never once said a thing towards Mr. Jackson.

On an episode of Geraldo Rivera filmed on 02-06-05 Mr. Dileo was a guest, Geraldo was making a general comment about Mr. Jackson, which was the following 'You either love him or you hate him' to which Mr Dileo replied 'I love him'. This was not a comment that needed an answer, but Mr Dileo's answer says it best. This shows just how loyal he is to Mr. Jackson,

Since 1989 Mr. Jackson has had various managers looking after his interests but they have never been to the best of their abilities, Mr. Jackson’s past working relationships with managers have always benefited the manager more than Mr. Jackson, but that has never been the case with Mr. Dileo.

Mr. Dileo was the last person (outside of Mr. Jackson’s family) to actually care about him.

We, the undersigned, regret this termination in 1989 and feel that Mr. Dileo would be a great addition to Mr. Jackson's current team. We, the undersigned, believe that these two great men could work together to once again rule the music world.
