We are deeply concerned about the Anand Jon verdict; We feel that the jury acted in haste and a great injustice was committed.

It is hard to understand in this great country how so many of these witnesses for the prosecution could blatantly lie on the stand, seemingly without consequences. These acts compound our concern regarding the fairness of the outcome. Futhermore, he passed the polygraph and we believe that the prosecution's main complaining witness should proceed with a polygraph also. Of the 16 counts, there is only one count of alleged rape and that one is based on a rape kit that is "NEGATIVE".

We are signing and sending this petition to you because we are concerned about the verdict. Due to the overwhelming evidence in support of the defendant, we are troubled about the process and worried if there was bias and/or manipulation involved. There is obvious prosecutorial misconduct and we humbly request that prosecution should be removed from this case and an independent investigation be launched apart from the District Attorney.

I support this petition. Time will expose the opportunistic \'victims\' who have been paid to testify wrongly against Anand Jon. They ran to the courts immediately after they were \'raped\', i.e. in about a year or two. The underlying prejudice is evident everywhere. Even wikipedia gives saddam hussein a better introduction than anand jon. And compare his case with o. j. simpson\'s. How racist violence frightened the law into issuing a confusing acquittal and diluted revenge, for Murder. And where is Anand Jon for not even being accused for anything close to murder. From another angle. Yes he can make one very jealous. Being a fellow Keralite, I can see for myself how jealous I would have been had I known him then. Young and rich, making it to the top of the world\'s fashion league. Rubbing shoulders with celebrities. Enough to develop a boastful personality, if that was the case. But shouldn\'t jealousy stop short of witch-hunting and wrongful allegation. Doesn\'t such behaviour make the perpratators more of losers than winners. Time will teach them that one doesn\'t scale mount everest by killing the climber in front. One needs to actually get there. But the painful period is when the few who make it to the summit are sitting ducks for the losers who would rather shoot the winners than climb up themselves. It\'s not long before the \'rape victims\' will run dry and start blackmailing their sponsors for more. Anand Jon will temporarily have to remain at peace with the mental agony that his enemies will be living with then.

I have been reading about the talented, gifted and versatile Anand Jon , We as a family of Indians pray and support him and Sanjana Jon and his family at this moment of trials and tribulations. I am in the Defense Service and I know it is hard no matter how transparent and clean we are. My whole hearted support to you Anand. keep up the good faith you were raised. You dont realize you are young and you will bounce back and you got skills that nobody can take away. Bless your heart. Peace Cyriac

I support this petition. I\'ve known Anand since my school days and he was just a regular kid with a lot of potential and talent. Unfortunately, I think it\'s the same talent that shot him to fame and got him in such deep trouble. It is a case of racism and jealousy in the complex fashion industry, which would have been ruled by extremely talented people like Anand, if he was not wrongfully convicted. Think about how many catholic priests, past presidents, entertainers, singers and so on have been convicted and sentenced to 59 yrs without parole in the U.S. So, does he have to be treated any different only because he is brown, an Indian or Malayalee and a top fashion designer who would\'ve been extremely successful??? Stop calling him a Child molester and sexual predator! Anand Jon is Anand John Alexander, the excellent tennis player, a very creative artist and normal human being!

I do not support rapists, paedophiles and wife beaters. He Has been convicted in the great halls of American justice. If you don\'t like the justice system then go back to were you came from. I support this petition. Anand Jon is no serial rapist. People who feel cheated because he is successful will always try to get him indicted. We have a illegal porn industry in the us were so many aspiring porn stars do thibgs for money. Some of them are drugged and raped. Rape is forced sex. Anand jon will not and cannot do forced sex. If women willingly do sex with him, than it is consensual. Now will you let your corrupt system and your powerful politicians let an innocent man who has lot to live for and is his mothers only son die in jail. He needs a second chance as he is guilty of sex but not rape. If Michael Jackson can go scot free after child sex charges why does the justice system in the us fail common man. Your country the us is fostering new age attitudes and with change in liftstyle and morality , why blame a man who is a victim of all. In short if a woman gets into bed with a man fully knowing what she is getting into, why blame the man?
