On February 14, 2006, Cory Bittick a student at Humble High School was charged with being under the influence and in possesion of a controlled substance. This was his first offense. He was then sentenced to be sent to Long Term. He later got a letter in the mail confirming he would be going to Long Term. Then the school decided to put him in JJAEP (Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program)after he had already recieved the letter. He then set up a meeting to meet with the people who decided this and discussed his matter. He agreed to get counseling soon and is willing to be drug tested weekly. He was willing to do whatever it took to fix what he had done without having to go to JJAEP. They called him Monday February 27th, 2006, and told him they will not move him. Being his first offense, him getting counseling, and going out of his way to fix things, it is unjustice for Humble ISD to not let him attend Long Term instead of JJAEP.

I support this petition and any other individual who fails to realize the injustice which the school has imposed upon this individual is nothing more than a complete idiot who lacks justful thought and deserves nothing more than a baseball bat swung full speed at their face.
