I support this petition. There is too much evidence to suggest this theory is a hoax. The Police Department must re-open this case. This matters to too many people to simply brush under the carpet, its truly tragic that the only thing stopping an innocent mans name being cleared is the pride of a select few.

When Kurts body was viewed in the atopsey clinic he had enough herion in him to kill him instantly or incapacitate him. There is no way he could have picked up a shotgun and shot himself. Also when his house was investigated there were no paper or writing utensils. IT WAS NOT SUICIDE!
