I have known Mitchelle for many years. I know her past, her personal life to a degree. We were good friends. She is not a bad person, she really is nothing like what she plays on the screen, except that she is strong willed. She has done a few mistakes in her life, but no one really knows what she had to deal with in her past to get to were she is. I did. I believe it is difficult enough for anyone who comes from a life of poverty and have money thrown into there faces as well as recognition and notoriety to be stable with other unstable actors or people within that industry. It is not an industry of ethics or morality. Dose she deserve time for neglecting her responsibilities? Perhaps a few, perhaps more of a large fine in my opinion. Michelle is a responsible and positive inspiration for people. More than Paris Hilton is, who walked free in a similar case. A long jail term for person of her quality is undeserving and hurtful to thousands of people worldwide who look up to her.
Michelle is a great person with a great heart!...she doesnt deserve 180 days in jail...animal abusers get less time which is sooooooo unfair...so lock up the real criminals!...not the good people who are only human and make mistakes...I know she is wiser now and would not repeat her past...please give her another chance and lesson her days in jail...if ya wanna send someone in for 180 days...send lindsey or brit..god knows they need it!

Michelle is a big humanitarian have her talk to young women in L.A on the lessons that she has gained from her mistakes and you wll see a women inspiring young women to do more for themselves. The jail is crowded as is and the community in every part of this country needs some one to inpire our young women to get on their feet and move towards their dreams just like she did. I am not stating that she is perfect I am stating that she would be a better source of service to the community in the community. If you watch an interview that she did on Streamtv.com, the show was merrillville, she shows you the person she is take a look see for youself that she is a great person who can use a desent chance to make a differenc in the community.
