Michelle is a role model for many females of all different backgrounds and ages. 180 days is rough compared to come ppl getting a slap on the wrist or 10 days in jail. Really I think its bullshit
I think it is unfair because alot of people are geting off alot easier then 180 days and have done alot worse. I think it is too harsh for such a great person.
everybody is doing some mistakes.. some of them might not be seen.. but the others are often punished in to hard ways.. Michelle did a mistake once.. I`m shure she will not do it again..Humans are humans she is one like everybody else.. Give an example of leniency..
As a Native Jersey girl, I plea the judge to change the length of their judgement. Michelle is an inspiration to me and I grew up in tough neighborhood myself, Newark. Just like Newark, people ignored and were afraid to build to make a better Newark. You see Newark now and it has changed dramatically. It is because we as,native Newarkers, saw the positive and what it was worth. Its a growing and beautiful city. Michelle is only human and growing. Postive is the key. Everyone doesn't know their mistakes, but eventually learns from them. She is intelligent, talented, caring, and full of life. She a great role model and an inspiration. I think she deserves that caring consideration in return. I wish you well ,Michelle, and I'll pray to give you strength and courage in all you represent. One Love.
180 days is a bit long for someone that does so much for the community. Unlike those others that are all about them selfs (you know what I'm talking about), seem to get a slap on the wrist. Then walk out with twice the fame. Mitchell would truly be one for community service. Helping underprivileged young woman get some kind of hope for life, would better the world more that having her in a cell doing nothing for no one. This world needs guidance more than it needs another prisoner. Brian James Hyatt, Charlotte, NC
it is highly unfair for Michelle to spend 180 days in prison.... Prison is the last place where anyone could get lesson. And one thing more its not good to punish someone as an example to show everybody that celebs aren't untouchable... And about the agresive let's just look that Nick Nolty did in 80s'
I may not know Michelle in person, nor have I met her but I soley recognized her not for her celebrity status but for the things she has done for the community and for animals. We need to look beyond the celebrity that is in magazines or in headlines, most which are gossip and rumors. We need to see her as a person. I'm in the U.S. Air Force, currently in Iraq and took time to write this message hoping that it won't be overlooked. I remember when Michelle signed up to participate in
Please consider whether the punishment is truly more harsh than need be. Ms. Rodriguez' positive impact in the world far succeeds the negativity of what she has admitted was a mistake on her part. She has taken responsibility and displayed a willingness to own up to her problems - which is a lot more than I can say for a lot of people, celebrity or not. Just consider it, please.
This is bullshit! Paris did 30 some days and Nicole who drove BACKWARDS on the freeway did 72 minutes and then Lindsay served nothing. WTF!! Just because Michelle isn't flashing the world she has to be put in Jail.
There's so many other ways to help her, in the case that she has to have a punishment. 180 in jail is to much. There are worst people out there just doing a few days and that it. She doesn't deserve to be taken as an
Judge Mitchell.I was a correctional officer for 28 years. In this time I have seen many offenders who dont care about the law and who think they are above the law. In the recent months there have been many who are in the public eye who think they are above the law and rules don't apply to them. I dont feel this is the case with Michelle, I have seen her on shows where she admits she was wrong and she will do what the court orders her to do. After her last offense you havent seen her at bars drunk or partying with those who think they are above the law. In this case I think maybe house arrest or supervised probation maybe in order. Dont take the actions of others in the lime light out on Michelle. Give her a chance to show you and all of us she can turn herself around and be a positive influence on all.
Michelle is the bst actress, girl and a HUMAN)))) please please please resque her!!!! i want to see her on TV!!! she's not Paris Hilton, resque her!!!!! from me and all Russia's funs and from her russian offishial forum. Lena))
Why can a child molester serve 30 days and get probation, but person has probation slip-ups from a 2 year old conviction for a DUI and she gets 6 months? Does that seem like justice you are sworn to uphold? That is not right. The letter is right, she is a good person to all she meets and does no deserve this. Send her to rehab for a couple weeks, make her do those 30 days service, and let her move on with her life, please!
Paris Hilton served only 28 days despite flagrantly violating court orders.Nicole Richie served less than a day, despite driving the wrong way down the freeway.Lindsay Lohan is filmed fleeing the scene of an accident, and still manages less than a day in jail.Britney Spears has yet to serve a minute in jail despite a multitude of crimes (including child endangerment) caught on video and in photographs. The message to Hollywood seems to be,
So a certain TSU president can get away with stealing $500,00 from the school but let's give 180 days in jail for Michelle? OJ can get away with murdering his wife but lets give 180 to Michelle? CMON JUDGE...DO WHAT MAKES SENSE!!
As someone who has been to prison and done time I can attest to the fact that michelle going to do 3 months for probation violation is re damn diculous. She should be allowed to work at the very least. or 30 days at the most.
