give her a break!!! we all make mistakes and gooing to prison for that is ridiculous. I can tell she's very different from the rest of the starlettes out and she seems like a very tender heart. All the best to Michelle
180 days is really harsh, she's a young woman and should have another chance at community service, perhaps with troubled teens?? 180 is a serious waste of her life, her crimes aren't servere enough, give her a second chance!
This is not some celebrity looking for special treatment, this is a good person. They keep other celebrities who constantly foul up and do not care about others in jail for days while she was given six months. It is not fair and she should not be in this situation.
Please reconsider this sentence. There are many other things she could do instead of being place in jail. Maybe consider public service announcements...etc...
Paris Hilton, Nicole Ritchie, Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan - None of these women had to serve a 6 month jail sentence. By the looks of it, its better not to be latina. VOTE YES ON EQUAL RIGHTS
While some celebrities who have committed similar offenses get off with just spending a few days in jail. Ms Rodriguez is sentenced to 6 months. As a single mom struggling to raise to girls of Hispanic origin this does not show them that bad choices will lead to serious consequences but that if your not white then it leads to serious consequences. Have this young lady reach out to girls and work with them in making good choices.
Prison is an extremely harsh punishment, and i feel probation would punish her and keep her safe just as well, and just a few days of prison is enough. She is not a CRIMINAL, she has just made a few bad choices.
Every person deserves a chance to regain their respect. Imprisonment is good for harsher crimes, but alternative punishments (community service) is more significant because it is productive to the individual and community.
