nobody deserves jail time for a dui unless they physically harm someone. dui's are a violation of our 5th ammendment rights; the right not to incriminate one's self.
Quite honestly I do not know this woman. I know she is an actress. Her plight though spotlights a far greater concern (of mine and others) and that is the allocation of our tax dollars being used prudently. Is this a wise use of our taxes, to incarcerate this woman? I do not think so. I think her criminal infractions do not warrant her lengthy sentence and the high cost it would take to lock her up. Please make her do community service--serve a good. Thx.
others have done far worse and have been made an example of in a much less severe manner...let us see this particular reality as it is, not as how it could have been...she needs help/support much more than a
Let her go ...Jail is a waste of time ..it would be better for her to find a way to serve the community instead of using taxpayers dollars in vain. Please reconsider.
I just wish the best for her. I do not understand why she has to serve so much time... (for practically the same stuff ) when Paris and Nicole did so much less time??! Either way it goes...stay strong girl, figure yourself out, straighten up and do what you gotta do!
Please consider this request she has been a inspiration for one of my litte sister. Who is one of my sister biggest roles models showing her that it is okay to go aignst the grain and enjoy things such as cars, surfing etc..Thank You Kind Regards,Nicole Guy
