To the captors: Please free Simona Pari & Simona Turretta unconditionally as they are your helpers not your enemies.
To the self-styled 'coalition' forces of occupation: please admit that the whole invasion has been a fiasco and start making arrangements for withdrawal.

We are individuals and organizations from around the world who opposed and
continue to oppose the occupation of Iraq and we plead for the release of
two Italian and two Iraqi humanitarian workers who were abducted in Iraq
last September 7, 2004.
My name is Lucina Schell from Cambridge, Massachusetts, and I am
writing to urge the release of the Italian aid workers who were
kidnapped. I am grieved to hear of the kidnapping of these courageous
people who are doing such important and necessary work. I pray for
their safety and their release.
I urge everyone to sign this petition. In addition to the statement below,
>which I agree with and wholeheartedly add my signature, I want to say that
>those who kidnapped and who are threatening to execute these anti-war
>activists in Iraq are most likely in the pay of the CIA, and at the very
>least are doing the work of the U.S. government by kidnappings and
>executions directed against civilian anti-war activists.

Please release these innocent people who were only working for a better world. They, like many of us- yes even here in the U.S.- are against the U.S. occupation. They are working to make this world a better place for all of us. These four humanitarian workers are not part of the occupying forces they were just trying to help.
