This kidnapping is absolutely infuriating. I doubt any Iraqi resistance group would do this. It would make no sense. What does make sense is for the US to be directing it, carrying it out. It has all the hallmarks of the kinds of "disappearances" the US masterminded throughout Latin America, with people who were truly doing good always targeted for elimination. I hope they are returned to safety soon.

These brave internationalists must not be harmed. Kidnappers are committing a crime against humanity by seizing them. Their immediate release is long due.
