It is time to let the Iraqi people rebuild their crushed lives without the presence of foriegners. If countries want to SEND AID in the form of money, food,medicine, etc...that would be much better. These people have been so brutally disrespected that even foriegn "peaceful" aid is causeing reactive shellshock.
