In WWII, the King of Denmark, and his subjects, wore the yellow Star of David on their clothes to show that they would not cave in to Nazi demands. Once more, the people of Denmark have stood up for freedom. Today, we are all Danes.
Many here in Slovenia view Denmark as a role model how a modern society should be. Denmark does not deserve to be pushed around as some criminal state just because somebody draw a cartoon.
I support the Danish people and wish to say they have many friends in the world
Once again the flag-bearers of the alledged religion of peace (Islam) have shown their true colors. It is sad to see the savage violence, anarchy and civil-disobedience that inevitable follows even the slightest denigration of their religion. The radicals have nothing better to do than preach hatred and violence against all that are not muslims and jack-off the rest of the time hallucinating about a Muslim ummah (worldwide muslim caliphate). I sincerely hope, I never live to see that day. DOWN WITH RADICAL ISLAM. LONG LIVE FREE SPEACH!!!
I support this petition. We haven't rioted, beheaded, burned, and murdered their's for printing caricatures of the "Free World" what gives them the right to do so?
I support this petition, and all free Europeans. Although I holler from the shores of North America, rest assured we will be heard all the way to the Middle East.
I support this petition and thank the supporters of freedom of speech. Remember that the waist majority of the Muslims in the democratic counties are not part of this campaign against freedom of speech.
I support this petition. You write letters to a newspaper or refuse to buy a newspaper if it insults you; you do not burn buildings and hurt people. If the persons at Jyllands-Posten are not allowed to express themselves then moslems should not be allowed either. This double standard is disgusting
I support this petition. I also have to question whether this "rage" is for real. Where does one go to purchase so many Danish flags so quickly? This whole thing is a sham and Islam should be ashamed. RoP my a**.
I'm switching to Danish beer to counter the boycott.
I support this petition. It is an outrage that the US State Department will not condemn the jihadists. I assure the people of Europe that most Americans stand beside them and support them. Freedom of speech is a sacred right! No one has the right to hurt someone because they are offended.
I support this petition. There is no human right to not get offended, nor should there ever be. Maybe if the muslim men liberated their women and got laid some more, a lot of things (end even people) would look brighter in the middle east...
I support this petition. The only way to bring peace to this world is to eliminate Isalam. It is nothing but a religion of hate, and its followers are the Devil incarnate.
I support this petition. If anything, the cartoons did not come close to portraying the true "character" of the "prophet". Perhaps we should see a cartoon of the bearded middle-aged "gentleman" in the act of raping nine year old Ayesha

I support this petition. In fact, the cartoons did not go nearly far enough in portraying the criminality of the "prophet" of Islam. The ultimate cartoon might have been the one showing a dirty middle-aged pedo0phile busy raping his nine year old "wife".
I support this petition. The same people who burned and killed non-Muslims lost their right to the protest even withought violence.
We need to stay against this attack to our freedom. Ban the Kuran, which is full of hate towards "unbelivers". Danes stayed against Nazi_Germani when was occupyed. If we don't support them we will loose our self_respect as well as our freedom.
I support this petition. We are not calling for the beheading of terrorists who want to destroy our society. We ask for them to be brought to a fair trial. There is no excuse for calling for beheading of those exercising free speech, whether they happen to geniuses or idiots.
I am offended by many anti-Christian "artworks" and the constant, totally PC, Christian bashing in the US; so I can understand Muslim disgust at the cartoon...but free speech is our Western heritage and I totally support the Danes. Don't cave to Islamic fanaticism.
Islamic law does not apply to newspapers published in the West and Muslims cannot expect to be able impose Islamic law on non-Muslims. Muslims need to appreciate that their religion (and therefore Mohammed) is sacred only to themselves. If they have faith then no amount of cartoons in western newspapers should matter.
Think what you want about the cartoons. The important thing is that why should freedom of speech be governed by bunch of religious fanatics, when everyone else seems to be able to take a joke (good or bad).
The burning of danish embassies shows what kind of people we are dealing with here.
The cartoons are lame and not funny at all. But I defend the right of the Danish Newspaper to publish such lame cartoons. If free speech had to kow-tow to everyone who belives in religious (Muslim, Jewish, Christianity, Hinduism, Scientology etc) fairy stories the world would be a pretty ****ty place to live
There are plenty of virulent anti-Semitic cartoons and blood libels in the Arab press. so why the hypocrisy? Stay free, Europe - otherwise the US may also fall!
I support this petition. We Danes need all the support we can get. We have started an essential discussion, concerning the whole idea behind our culture, and all of the sudden we are without the much needed support from our allies. Let this petition be a cry from the citizens of the free world to the rest world: "We will stand by our fundamental values!"
The Danes are a great people, tough as nails, and full of laughter. These hateful ignorant Muslim scumbags don't even belong there (or France or the UK or ...) in the first place. Behavior like this is NOT condusive to insuring the long-term survival of Islam as a viable major religion.
