I pray that no harm will come to these friends of peace. Their presence in Iraq indicates the shared passion by both the hostages and the kidnappers for ending the senseless bloodshed in that country.
Please release peacemakers who work to help your people; they are not your enemies. The majoiry of U.S. people are against the atrocities commited against your people.
I am well acquainted with the work of Christian Peacemaker Teams, and I know them to be totally dedicated to helping to bring about peace, justice and an end to unnecesary suffering.
I grew up in an Islamic country and know that Islam is a religion of peace. Please release these peacemakers and let the rest of the world know that Islam is a religion of peace.
These are people who show solidarity with the people of Iraq and who have a history of solidarity with the people of Palestine. It is very sad that this afront to their human dignity has occured.
Canadians for the most part oppose this war. Our people strive to attain peaceful solutions to all conflicts. I believe that people working for peace should be left to do their work. We are not much different you and I. We have families. We love our children. And we want to be left to make our own world a better place. Please release these men. Let us pray together for the return of sanity in our world.

The majority of the U.S.A.'s people have already turned against Bush's Iraq War! Furthermore, the four C.P.T. workers are good souls who most certainly are not your enemy. Hence, kidnapping them accomplishes absolutly nothing. And if your goal is to end this war quickly, it would be would be extremely counterproductive to execute them. However, it definitely will help your cause if you release them unharmed.
