To All Liberals in the USA -- But for this war in Irag, we most likely would not be in a position to sign a petition of any sort! May God continue to Bless America but the Most High is getting very angry !! duh...
It is ironic and very sad that the very people who espouse nonviolence and have put their lives on the line to support endangered peoples in occupied and war torn areas of the middle east should themselves become hostages. I urgently implore all Iraqi, U.S and other world leaders to work for the release of the four CPT workers in Iraq.

The CPT-ers are worth more to you alive than dead. Worth more to you as witnesses to your desparation than as corpses. Show them the war from your perspective - and release them to tell the world!
Take a look at whom you've taken hostage; your eyes will see the brave and potent spirit of resistance. Nothing contrary. They, like you and others, decry this occupation and all that butchery that has ensued from these immoral occupiers. These activists are not encroaching over your faith nor your culture; instead, they want to maintain some hope by exposing the horrors that continue to decimate it, so that others comprehend your plight and act in response.
The world cries out - stop this senseless occupation of Iraq where human lives are being sacrificed. The world stands and watches in sorrow. We say, simply, 'No.'
The demand that Arab prisoners held by the US military be released in exchange for the peace workers has been done for centuries. It is not irrational and could probably lower the level of hostility between the occupiers and the occupied.
