Threatening to kill these hostages will do nothing to free your compatriots. Those who imprison your compatriots have no interest in keeping these hostages alive.
These peple are not spies r contract workers helping the occupation, they are peace activists working on your side and oppsing the Iraq invasion. You have all the right to fight the occupation, please free the ones who are risking their lives to end the unjust war.
Please release these people. They have done nothing wrong. Like many Westerners they did not agree with the occupation of your country. They are decent people who were only trying to help Iraq.
I was with CPT in Iraq prior to the recent war and during the first bombimgs. We were there to protest the war and to stand in solidarity with the people or Iraq during these terrible times. CPT people are not spies.
these people are not the enemy of Allah or the people of IRAQ they come in peace, set them free so they continue their work against the injustice PLEASE!!
I have read a lot about the CPT program and am impressed that the goal of the organization is to bring peace and justice to all people. Please release the four people being held. They can do much more for the people in Iraq if they are alive and free.

I have been in touch with Christian Peacemaker team members in their work among Aboriginals in Canada, and found them to be completely honest, dedicated idealists. I cannot believe the hostages in Iraq are spies, and I plead with their captives not to make them innocent victims of George Bush's lies, errors and the brutalities that have been visited on the Iraqi people deriving from them.
Last year I journeyed to the Middle East to attend a conference sponsored by Sabeel in Jerusalem in an effort to show solidarity and hope for the Christian and Arabic people of the Middle East.
Thus I read with sadness the message sent today from Sabeel regarding the hostages now being held in Iraq.
Please know that all Americans do not support my nation’s sad misadventures in Iraq and Israel.
Therefore accept my sincere wish as well for the release of the captors who have struggled with great courage and dignity to end the despair and misery brought to that region by misguided people and policies.
