please talk to your captives, openly and sincerely, and you will soon see that they are in Iraq to help the people, not the occupiers. Even the people of Palestine are rallying to save these lives. Show your strength, show your rightousness: release them.

Canada must take some responsiblity for this becausse of its support for American actions in Iraq. The German hostage is not in this terrible deadline, which tells me something.

When I, a white American, took a service taxi from Ram'allah to Bethlehem, I remeber travelling with hijab-wearing stutents from Al-Khalil (Hebron). Though I'm with a different organization, they asked if I was with the CPT. The CPT is instrumental in supporting the Palestinians of Al Khalil, who are under constant attack. You have attacked those who protect the innocent. God is watching you, and you are covered in shame. Correct your error quickly.
Why would any real movement for self-determination and national liberation of Iraq kidnap and threaten to execute staunch opponents of the war in Iraq? Perhaps the kidnappers are actually in the pay of the CIA. At any rate, Green Party members in New York join with our sisters and brothers across the globe in denouncing the US occupation of Iraq AND in demanding that the kidnappers immediately free the anti-war activists, including Tom Fox (who is a Green Party member from Virginia). By kidnapping antiwar activists you are doing the work of the CIA and the Bush regime. Is that your intention?
This men are friends to humanity and workers for a more just world. They are worthy of respect and long lives. Please do the honorable thing and demonstrate your respect for these values. Release them to continue doing good.
CPT workers have only the agenda of peace. They do not spy; they do not proselytize. They believe that their faith should be shown through their lives, which they devote to the cause of peace. Please, release them now so that they can continue to work for peace.
As an act of righeousness, let them go. They are not your enemy but your supporters against a war not supported by the majority of Americans, let alone Great Britain, whose population has been dead against it from the start.
